Ashley Logan M.D.
Dr. Logan grew up in Salem and graduated from Salem High School. She is Wahoo many times over, having completed her undergraduate education, medical school, pediatric residency and a chief residency year all at the University of Virginia.
Since completing her training, Dr. Logan has worked in a variety of settings. She first worked at a childhood obesity clinic at UVA. She then moved to Durham, NC so her husband could attend graduate school at Duke. There, she worked in a general pediatric practice in Raleigh. Her family then moved back to Charlottesville where she helped start an ADHD clinic at UVA. She has enjoyed volunteering in a variety of medical outreach settings, most recently yearly medical mission trips to Haiti. Dr. Logan is board certified by the American Board of Pediatrics and a Fellow of the American Academy of Pediatrics.
Dr. Logan is married to Willis Logan, also a native of the Roanoke Valley. They are thrilled to be back in the area. They have one daughter, Nev, and two sons, George and Fred. They have three sons if you include their beagle-who-thinks-he-is-a-human, Herbie. Her outside interests include hiking, dancing, skiing, paddle boarding, and reading.
